About this design

The daisy is 31 stitches wide and 33 rounds tall, with eight round petals and an orange centre, set in the middle of the front and of the back. The sides, the base, the top and the handles are plain mustard. No round carries more than three colours, and only the rounds through the centre carry three.

It is a small tote, about 14 hours of work, and it is free to make in Bobble exactly as it is. Change its colours, add a picture or add the net, and it becomes a Pro bag.

How to make it

Tap Make this and the design opens in Bobble as your own project, with its colour palette, ready to make round by round in Make Mode.

How the bag is built: a flat base worked in rounds round a foundation chain, growing at its four corners to 128 stitches; then the body, 40 rounds straight up, where the chart sits; then 7 rounds of top that make the two handles, in one piece with the bag. The chart is the body: one row of the chart for each round, read right to left every round, with its left and right edges meeting at the back corner where each round joins. From left to right the chart shows the left side, the front, the right side and the back.

UK terms. Each square is one double crochet (dc), worked over the colours you carry; in US terms, a single crochet (sc).
